We are looking for a Data Analyst Lead
to support the building of a completely new international self-service business for Heeros
In this role, you are at an intersection between business and technology, and your goal will be to analyze data and trends to help us make better decisions. You will be part of a highly motivated Heeros self-service team responsible for driving business growth through self-service cloud solutions.
Key responsibilities
– Building, deploying and maintaining data management systems and back-end data infrastructure for our self-service business.
– Leveraging predictive models to optimize customer experiences.
– Proposing and comparing design and technology options with our technical leads to further develop our self-service offering.
– Providing accurate, relevant and meaningful ad-hoc analysis for management to support strategic and tactical decision-making.
– Creating data visualizations, reports, dashboards and data audits.
– Managing individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
We expect you to have:
– Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Computer Science or related field.
– Minimum 3-5 years of applicable job experience with a proven ability to develop advanced analytics models.
– Strong grasp of data science and statistical fundamentals.
-Experience with Mixpanel, GA4 and similar analytics software.
– Experience supporting development and operations of cloud-native architectures.
– Strong analytical skills, excellent general business acumen with the ability to communicate complex topics concisely and clearly.
– A creative mind, high attention to detail and a solution-oriented outlook with ability to work independently.
