We are looking for Future Talents to start their career in recruitment

We are looking for motivated students and fresh graduates who would like to get their first job in recruitment and develop their career in this exciting field. You need to be able to dedicate at least 3-4 hours per day to this program as you will work with real clients and real engagements.

JobGo Trainee program lasts 6 months during which our team will teach you the most important aspects of recruitment. During your intensive training you will be fully involved in each process, from sourcing talents and interviewing them to the meetings with clients and supporting hiring managers.

– The JobGo Trainee program is aimed at recent graduates or students who are almost finished with their studies
– It is a part-time (3-4 hours per day) paid 6 month trainee position with a possibility to get a full-time employment
– You will gain hands-on experience in every aspect of recruitment: talent sourcing, pre-interviews, documentation, client relations, consulting

– 100% remote job
– Work with actual recruitment projects for diverse industries in Finland and internationally

– Relevant educational background (e.g. Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, Adult Education)
– You need to be able to dedicate at least 3-4 hours per day to this 6 month program
– Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to learn & develop oneself
– A curious mind and a genuine interest in recruitment
– Professional level of English and Finnish

The topics Trainee Program covers

Recruitment marketing

You will learn how to present the job in the most attractive and clear way, to maximize the number of applicants to the job description you publish.

Recruitment research

How to trace candidates? How to read their CVs? How to filter the best talents out of hundreds of them? You will get answers to all these questions.

Conducting an interview

Our consultants will teach you how to conduct an interview in a professional manner, getting the maximum info about a candidate.

Candidate presentation

You will learn how to present candidates to the clients, make reports about their experience, personalities and expectations.

Meeting with a client

Part of studying is joining the client meetings with our experienced consultants and eventually leading them yourself!
