We Are Looking For A Talent Acquisition Consultant
to join our journey of growth!

We are now looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to run end-to-end headhunting projects with a variety of clients. We work fully remotely, so you can be located anywhere in Europe!
What you will be working with at JobGo:
– Leading the assigned recruitment projects as an end-to-end service (various specialist and leadership roles, eg. in-demand roles within IT, engineering, sales).
– Fronting clients and managing client relationships with a consultative touch.
– Sourcing, proactively contacting, interviewing and presenting candidates, supporting the hiring process.
– Working together with the JobGo team that consists of talent acquisition, marketing and sourcing consultants.
– Collaborating with marketing regarding recruitment campaign management.
– Be involved in the development of JobGo’s journey. We are still a compact team and we all have our footprint in the company’s DNA.
We Expect You To Have:
– Experience and excitement about recruitment & talent acquisition.
– Previous experience in consulting or customer-facing role.
– As a person, you are outgoing and have great communication skills.
– You can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
– Fluency in Finnish and English are required. Other languages are an advantage.
– You are based in Europe.
