Technical Support team within Port Services provides global support to internal frontline units as well as directly to customers for complex retrofits and modernizations requiring technical expertise.

We are looking for a Process Implementation Lead to work with the development of global control and finance processes

In this versatile role, you have the great opportunity to level up your project management skills as well as have a key role in acting as a connecting link between business end-users, global process owners, and IT. You will join the team in an interesting phase and be a part of driving the global finance transformation in Konecranes by harmonising, standardising and implementing the processes and tools. If you are a self-imposed and ambitious person who likes to engage with other people and solve problems and additionally you have some previous experience from accounting, controlling and/or finance and control process development, read further!

You will work as a part of a project team either in the control area in global SAP implementation projects and ensure smooth process updates and changes. Your responsibilities include gathering and clarifying requirements from business to IT, documentation, training, and supporting the end-users, and driving other finance and control development projects specified by global process owners. Especially at the beginning of new projects or during their test phase, occasional traveling may be required.

Key responsibilities

– Communication with business and IT as well as collecting and documenting requirements based on the needs of stakeholders
– Finding, testing, and documenting solutions as required and performing knowledge transfers to stakeholders
– Provide training and create end-user instructions
– Participate in other finance and control development projects

What should you bring?

Your background:

– Relevant academic degree in economics (accounting)
– Previous working experience in accounting, controlling, and or/process development
– Working experience in a project environment is seen as a clear advantage
– Skills in SAP (especially FiCo modules)
– Fluency in both written and spoken English, other languages are seen as an advantage
– Skills in Qlikview, Power BI, Jira are seen as an advantage
