We are looking for a Team Lead (Item Data) to join our
Industrial Service and Equipment business area
Konecranes is seeking to hire Team Lead (Item Data) to join Global Spare part business support operations in the Industrial Service and Equipment business area.
You will be responsible for leading our item creation team, supporting business units, and driving different item data process development projects. You will work closely with product management, sales, procurement, and logistics from different business units as well as the global process owners.
Key responsibilities
– Oversee and support day-to-day item data creation and update operations in Finland and Germany
– Participate in daily item creation operations by creating and maintaining item data in Teamcenter and SAP as well as problem-solving
– Monitor team performance and report metrics
– Create process and work instructions
– Lead item data process development projects
– Support product management, sales, procurement, and logistics processes from an item data point of view
– Consult and train key users in different business units
We expect you to have:
– Bachelor’s degree, commercial or technical
– Minimum a few years experience in master data management
– Project management or team leadership experience
– Good PLM and ERP understanding on data management
– Professional fluency in English and Finnish
– Analytical and logical approach
– Ability to take ownership and responsibility combined with self-direction skills
– Strong solution-oriented and positive customer-centric mindset
– Good collaboration and communication skills in a global environment across cultures
