Nature Line Cutlery Oy is a privately owned Finnish company, founded in January 2020 through a business acquisition. The idea of reusable cutlery made from renewable materials was born many years earlier.
During our development work, we partnered with forest industry giants UPM and Stora Enso to create a responsible solution that serves customers and consumers around the world to decrease disposable consumption.
Our products are manufactured in Outokumpu, North Karelia, Eastern Finland. We continually improve our products to meet a growing global demand of ecological cutlery. Our product line is available in our Nature Line brand or in custom packaging for private label brands. Today, our products can be found in more than 20 countries globally, and we continuously develop our offering to meet growing demand of ecological products with a highest food safety and quality.
We are a flexible and efficient partner, whose cornerstones are speed of operation, quality of service and high-quality safe products. We also continue developing constantly new solutions and products to fulfil customer demands.
We are now looking for a Project Engineer to join our growing team
We are looking for a new talent to ensure success of our production automation projects and drive the efficiency of existing production.
You will be working from our new modern premises in Outokumpu 4 days per week, and remotely 1 day per week.
Key Responsibilities
Your most important goal is to ensure the success of production automation projects and to improve the efficiency of our production. You are an open team player who keeps things in order and stakeholders updated. You work both with practical daily production tasks as well as lead the automation production projects. To succeed, you have to have a hands-on attitude, a self-directed approach to work, the ability to prioritize and be systematic. A more detailed job description will be tailored based on the person’s experience and skills and may also include, for example, responsibilities related to maintenance management.
We expect you to have:
– Great social skills, a desire to work together with others and a desire to introduce best practices to the rest of the organization
– Project management skills or willingness to learn
– Training as an automation technician/engineer or similar skills acquired through experience
– Desire to work both in production and in the office
– Office tools and documentation skills
