As a Sales Manager at Nevel you will offer future-proof, fit-for-purpose industrial and municipal infrastructure solutions that benefit both our customers and surrounding societies. These include energy and biogas production, water treatment and material efficiency solutions through full service contracts. Together with clients Nevel builds a competitive advantage fulfilling operational and environmental goals.

As an advanced industrial and municipal infrastructure solutions partner, we support several large industry customers with different utility services. Our goal is to help clients build a solution that matches their needs perfectly, with a cost structure that delivers value from day one and ultimately improves our clients’ ability to grow.

We Are Looking For A Sales Manager For Industrial Infrastructure

The role is responsible for leading the sales process of designated new customer cases and contribute to developing Industrial Infrastructure Way of Working and tools. Your primary workplace can be in Lomma or in Stockholm.

– Producing, analyzing and refining leads into sales projects and ultimately close deals
– Driving sales cases according to solution selling and our sales process, taking ownership of the sales process and build profitable business cases
– Design customer contracts and ensure continuity of contracts
– Develop personal competence to secure business strategic goals
– Actively co-operate in company level process development with own expertise and know-how so that strategic targets are met
– Close communication with client high level stake holders, CEO, CCO, Plant Managers, etc.
– Cooperation with other Nevel units (e.g. concept team)

– Suitable technical and/or commercial education (e.g. Bachelor / Master of Science Degree)
– Knowledge about water treatment and, energy and bio gas production
– Proven track record of closing complex sales projects
– Commercial know-how and sales driven client relationship skills
– Excellent Swedish and English language skills
– Knowledge of the process industry is an advantage
– A combination of hunter and closing mindset
– Professional skills: Solution selling, cold-calling, excellent presentations skills, economical modeling and cash flow calculations, commercial know-how, initiative skills and customer-oriented way of working, negotiation experience with high level stake holders, good ability to co-operate with colleagues and potential clients, experience of structuring commercial contracts
