Nevel acquired Åmotfors Energi from Nordic Paper, a leading Nordic specialty paper producer, as well as other shareholders in the 4th quarter of 2022 . With the acquisition, Nevel will provide continuity to the energy supply and support reduction of the climate impact of energy generation.

Nevel will provide dedicated support to Nordic Paper´s development at the site. The companies have a joint ambition to improve energy efficiency and reduce CO2 emissions.

Åmotfors Energi’s business consists of production of steam, heat and electricity as well as energy recovery services. The energy is distributed mainly to Nordic Paper’s Åmotfors Kraft paper production mill and to the Eda municipality district heating network. Energy is produced through the incineration of household waste sourced from nearby municipalities in Sweden and in Norway, supporting the local circular economy.

We are looking for a Concept Manager for industrial infrastructure

The role is responsible for leading the concept development of designated new customers cases and developing Industrial Infrastructure Way of Working and tools. Location: Sweden, flexible.

– Actively contributes in preparation of the Industrial Infrastructure concepts before an investment decision and commitment ensuring that the strategic targets, profitability criteria and customer needs are met
– Actively co-operates in company level process development with own expertise and know-how so that strategic target to use best practices and integrate company processes in all geographic areas are met
– Coordinates concept portfolio reporting in Sweden
– Ensures that Industrial Infrastructure concepts and execution projects in Sweden follow company level processes, considering the applicable ethical and environmental obligations in the business
– Develops personal competence so that the latest and most innovative solutions in the field are known and can be implemented if they prove to be relevant to the business strategic goals

– Suitable technical education (e.g. Bachelor / Master of Science Degree)
– Strong experience on concept / project development
– Commercial know-how and sales driven client relationship management skills
– Organization, negotiation skills and good ability to co-operate
– Initiative skills and customer-oriented way of working
– Excellent Swedish and English language skills
– Professional skills: mass flow and energy calculations, cashflow calculations on larger investment projects, engineering know how, experience in large investment projects in a leading role, project management knowhow, excellent presentation skills
