We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team in Stockholm.

As a Key Account Manager, meeting our current clients and potential new clients is an essential part of your role and enables us to listen to our clients’ needs of today as well as anticipating/uncovering their future needs. Your responsibilities include growing our revenue by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with our solutions, constantly identifying new business opportunities. Your main focus will be on maximizing sales with existing clients and ensuring successful long-term collaboration.
Key responsibilities
– Develop deep and broad relationships within client organisations by becoming a trusted advisor.
– Strategically develop networks, keeping clients informed about our latest developments, proactively looking for opportunities to add value.
– A consultative sales approach and tailoring our talent management services and solutions for the clients’ needs.
– Ensure both retention and growth of your existing client portfolio.
– Working collaboratively in a team and in close partnership with our consultants to scope, sell and deliver high quality projects.
– Work alongside delivery consultants to ensure client satisfaction – monitoring solutions to ensure they meet and exceed expectations.
About you
– Strong motivation to develop and to go the extra mile to ensure we meet the client needs.
– Experience in selling solutions to HR professionals and/or an understanding in Talent Assessment & Development solutions.
– Willingness to follow up on the latest trends in People Analytics and Talent Management market and further understand customer expectations.
– A commercial mindset and willingness to win together as an international team.
– The ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with people at all levels in a wide range of organisations internally and externally.
– A preference for being organised, systematic and active.
– A Master’s level degree or B.Sc. degree in a relevant field.
– Fluency in both Swedish and English languages is required, other language skills are an advantage
